being a by-law to appoint the time
and place for the taking of the votes
of the electors of the Village of Newcastle
on the Question "Are you in favour of the
Municipality entering into an agreement with
the Ontario Water Resources Commission to
provide a Sewage System in the Village at an
estimated cost of $17599,0009" R.S.O. 1960,
chapter 249, section 257.
NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation of the Village

of Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, The Polling Day for the vote of the electors on the
Question "Are you in favour of the municipality entering
into an agreement with the Ontario Water Resources
Commission to provide a Sewage System in the Village of

2. That the Dolls shall be open at every Dolling place at
10 o'clock in the forenoon and shall remain open until
7 o'clock in the afternoon of the same day.
3. That only the names of persons entitled to vote on a
money by-law will be entered on the Voters List,
according to Section 260, (1) R.S.O. 1960®
