VHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.s.o. 1960, chapter 249,
Sec. 574 (1) authorizes IYIunicipal Councils by by-law to add
to the amount of taxes due and unpaid on the 31st of December
in the year on which the taxes are levied, until the taxes are
paid, a rate of 1% per month:

that a penalty of 10 per month shall be added to all taxes due and
unpaid on the 31st day of December in the year in which they are
levied until such taxes are -oaid.
