BY-LAW 71-3
being a by-law to amend
by-law 70-11 regarding
temporary borrowing pending
the sale of debentures.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF N IOICASTIE
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That a new paragraph, number 3, be added to By -la7AT
70-11, as follows-.
3. The Head and Treasure- are hereby authorized to assign and
pledge the said debentures to the said Bank u-oon The issue thereof
to be held by the said -Bank as collateral security for all moneys
borrowed under this -By-law and interest thereon and. to assign tc
the said Bank the moners �roIing due from the sale of the said
debentures; and the proceeds of the sale of the said debentures,
or go much thereof as may be -necessary, shall be paid to the
said Bank in satisfaction of the moneys bor--,-o,.,,Ted under this
By-law, and interest thereon.
READ A FIRST, SECOTNJI) AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this
