THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF
NEWCASTLE ENACTS THAT paragraph 3 of By -law 70 -3
be amended to read as follows:
(3) The respective amounts to be levied under
the Provisions of Paragraph 1 and 2 of
By -law 70 -3 are:
Real Property $ 419305.75
Business Assessment 18,567.83
Total $ 59,873.58
Read a first, second and third time and finally
