BY-LAW NO. 71-13
Being a By Law to appoint an Auditor for
the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Village of Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The firm of Dunwoody & Company be appointed as Auditor
to audit the accounts of the following:
The Corporation of the Village of Newcastle
The Public Utilities Commission
The Community Hall Board
The Memorial Library Board
The Recreation Committee

and to provide financial statements as required by the
Department of Municipal Affairs.
BY-Law No. 761 is hereby repealed.
