THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF NEWCASTLE
being a by -law to provide that Subsection 4 of Section 26
of The Planning Act as amended does not apply to certain lands
in the Village of Newcastle.
WHEREAS a municipality may by by -law provide that
Subsection 4 of Section 26 of The Plannimg Act as amended does
not apply to certain lands;
AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the Village of
Newcastle has deemed it advisable to provide that Subsection 4
of Section 26 should not apply to certain lands hereinafter
described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY
ENACTED as a by -law of The Corporation of the Village of Newcastle
by the Council thereof as follows:
1. That Subsection 4 of Section 26 of The Planning Act
does not apply to land that is within the registered plans of
subdivision or part thereof as are set out in Schedule "A" to
this by -law.
2. This by -law shall come into effect upon being
approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and thereafter
Subsection 4 of Section 26 of The Planning Act as amended shall
cease to apply to the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto.

3. Schedule "Aryl attached hereto shall form part of this by -law.
