BY -LAW 73 -11
being a by -law to amend
by -law 755, building by-
law, regarding floor
space requirements.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that By -law
755 be amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Village of
Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Para, 1 of Section 3 of By -law 755, regarding
space requirements, shall be amended to read,
1. No single family one storey dwelling shall
have a living ground floor area of less than
twelve hundred (1200) square feet and no
storey and a half or two storey building
shall have a living space floor area of less
than fifteen hundred (1500) square feet.
