being a by-law to amend by-law
69-15 of the Corporation of the
Village of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle passed By-law
69-15 which By-law imposes a frontage rate on certain lands designated in
Schedule 111,11 to the By-law
k1%1D WHEREAS it is deemed expedient by the Corporation of the Village
of ewcaslle that the said By-law be amended to provide for the imposition
of the frontage rate on further and other lands.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of
Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 69-15 of the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle is hereby
amended by adding to Schedule "All thereto the following under the headings
indicated herein:
