HomeMy WebLinkAbout800A by-law to set out the terms and conditions whereby extension to the existing waterworks installation system shall be undertaken and in all cases except the installation of water services in an area governed by a specific subdivision agreement which agreement shall normally provide that the subdivider shall bear the entire cost of any water extension made within the subdivision and the connecting link thereto

shall be approved by the Council of the Corporation of the Village
of Newcastle by formal resolution of Council and whall be null
and void until so approved.
(FF) Upon completion of the works and the payment therefore.' by
the._.applicarnt the' Clerk Treasurer of The Corporation bf the Village
QF Newcastle shall formally acknowledge that the extension has
"been paid for in a letter to the applicant and the applicant shall
if he has not already done - so specifi pally describe the lot or
parcel of land against which he wishes the rebate a aed s the
• said rebate not to cover a frontage greater than 66 feet and if
the lot designated by the applicant has a greater Frontage then
