i. That the estimates be adopted and the' following amounts -
be levied ;'therefore in the manner as set out hereinafter -

3 The taxes, shall. become due and payable on the 15th day of
June 196+ but ma ;..be paid) in 2 instalments on the 30th day, of
June 196 and the 3Oth day of October 1964 etc.. provi -ded.. that
upon failure to , make payment. of one or all instalments, the
,.whole shall become due and payable forthwith.
There 'shall be imposed a penalty for non - payment of taxes on
due date or any instalment thereof, the amount of 1% of the amount
r, due and unpaid on the first day of . default, , and an additional-
penalty of 1% shall be added oni the first day of each calendar
month thereafter in which default continues, but not after . the
end, of the year in which the taxes are ' levied.
5. There shall be allowed a discount of 2% (not exceeding 6%-per
annum on any taxes so paid in advance during the current year.
The above applies on the second instalment, if paid on or before
June 30th, 1964.
