CORRESPONDENCE FOR DIRECTION
D - 1 Chris Lopak requesting a fireworks permit for an event planned on
September 16, 2011. This event will take place at Carriage Country
Baptist Church at 4830 Trulls Road, between 7:00 p.m. and ending
approximately around 9:00 p.m. This is an outdoor event of guitars
and singing to celebrate the end of summer and the beginning of a
new church year. Pastor Paul Woodcock and Chris Lopak will be
present and the only adults handling the fireworks.
(Motion to approve the issuance of a
fireworks permit provided the
fireworks are set off by an individual
of at least 18 years of age)
