CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003- 17
being a By-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and the Waltraut Kathe Richter estate in respect to
the purchase of 147 Port Darlington Road, Part Lot 9, Broken Front Concession,
former Town of Bowmanville, Municipality of Clarington
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between the Waltraut Kathe Richter estate and said Corporation.
2. That the map hereto shall form part of this By-law.
