The Treasurer shall deliver one copy of the acknowledgment ' to the person
--eying the fee and shal orthwith deliver, or send by mail the second copy of

the acknowledgment to the inspector and shall retain the third copy of the
acknowledgment in his ,records.
8.' The Inspector from time to time designated .by the Local Board of Health of the
United Counties , of Forthumberland and Durham as being responsib�a for the
carrying out of the provisions ' of the said Regulations ie hereby appointed as an
agent of this municipality for the purpose . of receiving notification in writing
that the construction, repair; renewal or alteration is' read for inspection;
provided, however, that nothing contained in this By-law- shall relieve arW
:person from any responsibility imposed by the said Regulations for giving
notification in writing as provided by Regulation' (1) ' of the said Regulations.
