"The lnioipal Council hereby enacts pursuant to the. Provisions
of the Municipal 'Act, R.5.0. 1960 Chapter 24310 Section 37, ;
Paragraph 34
A person is-,prohibited. from -d isoharging or . otherwise
firing a gun or . other firearms within the limits of , the.
Village of Newcastle except during the time'' of the open
season for ducks as may be. from time. to time proclaimed
by the Department cd Game and Fisheries of the GoTern-
