Motion to accept agenda — tabled due to low attendance
Motion to accept minutes from April — tabled due to low attendance
Committee Reports:
1. Chair Report — Danielle — no updates from the town have been given as nothing
is able to be reopened until June 2nd at this point.
2. Maintenance Report — Kyle — sign was updated with local information. Fire
Extinguishers were checked. There is some water in the north basement.
Dehumidifier is running. South basement is dry.
3. Rentals — Joy — one rental pending for July still in limbo due to Covid restrictions.
4. Treasurer Report — Brian Glaspell — no report given
5. Cleaning — Larry — Cleaned in the kitchen for pest control. Will be painting the
bathroom doors as they still have not been done.
Old Business:
No Old Business to discuss
New Business:
1. Discussion was had about whether we wanted to sell chocolates again. Will
be discussed next time if enough attendees are present.
2. Dianne suggested to have another Tyrone Spriit Day. Date picked was June
13t". Will be advertised. Promoting Tyrone by wearing Tyrone t-shirts and
face masks.
