Minutes of Meeting — September 15th 2021, 7:OOpm

Motion to accept agenda — tabled until next meeting due to low attendance
Motion to accept minutes from June and July — tabled until next meeting due to
low attendance
Committee Reports:
1. Chair Report — Danielle — discussion was had about how the first event held at
the hall post covid went. Advised how the cleaning went and how much
disinfectant was used. Discussion was had about how we are purchasing this
going forward. It was a good base to know how much supplies are going to be
needed per event going forward. Briefly discussed the email that was sent out by
the Municipality.
2. Maintenance Report — Larry — nothing reported
3. Rentals — Joy — there is a rental this coming weekend that requires volunteers.
Also asked for a volunteer for the election booking on Monday to clean touch
points.
4. Treasurer Report — Brian Glaspell — no report given
5. Grounds and Sign — Kyle — fire extinguishers have been signed off on. Nothing
else reported
Old Business:
1. Discussion was had about fundraising.
New Business:
1. The Enniskillen Tyrone United Church reached out about possibly using the
hall to hold the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day service. Cecile will talk to
Joy to see if the hall is available and get it booked.
