Committee Reports:
1. Chair Report — Danielle — we are prepping for the last stage of reopening from
the Municipality. We are going to continue with our reopening plan. Discussed
upcoming fundraising events. All work orders have been resubmitted. The
garden looks amazing after the clean up done. Asked that a thank you goes on
the sign to thank the garden helpers.
2. Maintenance Report — Kyle — the AED and fire extinguishers were all checked.
Commented that work orders were not completed, covered above in Chair
Report.
3. Rentals — Joy — health inspection was completed and the hall passed. Safety
plan was approved. Stated that the only request is that the name of the
disinfectant be named on the plan. Signage has been received. Contract for
rentals has been revised. First booking is Sept 11t". Next booking is Sept 20t" for
Election. Discussed that more volunteers are needed on the list for helping
during events that are booked at the hall.
4. Treasurer Report — Brian Glaspell — Chequing $9524.92; Savings $15116.45;
Other Savings account $228.42
5. Cleaning — Larry — discussed cleaning products that are needed to be
purchased.
Old Business:
Accessible Washroom — Danielle has gone to the Municipality in regards to
this issue and will continue to follow up.
New Business:
1. Ice Rink: Application has been completed and sent in.
2. Snow Removal: discussion was had about snow removal for the upcoming
winter.
