Being a By -law to authorize and confirm a
conveyance to Wil -Swar Enterprises Limited
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Box7manville here-
inafter called the "TOWN" and Wil -Swar Enterprises Limited hereinafter
called "WIL -SWAR" did enter into a sub - division agreement dated
the 4th day of July, 1969 and registered on the 10th day of
October, 1969 as instrument No. N43078, to provide for the develop-
ment of certain lands in the original Township Lot 13 in the Ist
Concession.
AND WHEREAS there was a;; provision in the said agreement
that Wil -Swar would convey to the `'Town certain of said lands more
particularly described in Schedule "A" hereto to be held in trust
pending the registration of an additional plan of sub - division
on land immediately to the south and satisfactory arrangements for
a conveyance to the Town of sufficient lands for park purposes for
both plans of sub- division from lands in the second plan of
sub - division.
AND WHEREAS Wil -Swar did buy a deed registered on the
24th day of March, 1970 as instrument No. N44683 conveyed to the
Town the said lands described in Schedule "A" hereto to be so
held in trust pending satisfactory arrangements for the conveyance
of park lands for both plans of sub- division.
AND WHEREAS by a subsequent sub - division agreement between
the Town and Wil -Swar dated March 14th, 1973 and registered on March
29th, 1973 as instrument No. 58843 satisfactory arrangements were in
fact made for the conveyance of park lands and Wil -Swar hasin fact
executed a conveyance of the total park lands.
AND WHEREAS the Town did pursuant to the terms of the
trust set in the original sub - division agreement and in instrument
No. N44683 convey the said lands more particularly described in
Schedule "A" hereto to Wil -Swar by deed dated the 25th day of March,
1973 and registered on the 29th day of March, 1973 as instrument
No. 58844.
AND WHEREAS the Town has been requested to pass this by -law
to ratify and confirm the said deed registered as instrument 58844.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville- HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
That the Corporation of the Town of Bcwmanville hereby authorizes,
ratifies, confirms and validates the said conveyance of Part of

original Township Lot 13 in the 1st Concession in the Town of
Bowmanville more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto to Wil-Swar Enterprises Limited which was registered on
the 29th day March, 1973 as instrument No. 58844.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Bowranville, C ' ounty of Durham,
Province of Ontario, being composed of part of Lot 13, Concession
1, formerly Township of Darlington, now in the said Town of Bowmanville,
the boundaries of said parcel are described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearings as shown on Registered Plan 684
govern all bearings mentioned hereafter.-
COMMENCING at the intersection of the East limit of Waverly
Road with the South limit of Lawrence Crescent, as shown on said
Plan;
THENCE North 72 degrees 07 minutes 05 seconds East along the
south limit of Lawrence Crescent a distance of 526.49 feet;
THENCE South 17 degrees 52 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of
150.00 feet;
THENCE South 72 degrees 07 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of
526.49 feet to a point in the East limit of Waverly Road;
THENCE North 17 degrees 52 minutes 55 seconds West along said East
limit of Waverly Road a distance of 150.00 feet to the Point of
Commencement.
