To .levy taxes on the Bovmianville Memorial
Hospital
WHEREAS Section 304 of the Municipal Act (as amended) authorizes
the Council of a municipal Corporation to impose a tax levy not to exceed
$50.00 per year for each rated bed on a public Hospital within the
municipality.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to The Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284,
Section 304 as amended, the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville enacts as
follows:-
1. THAT the Tax Collector levy taxes on the Bowmanville Memorial
Hospital at the rate of $50.00 per rated bed on one hundred and
twenty -nine (129) beds for a total tax of six thousand four
hundred and fifty dollars ($6,450.00) for the year 1973.
By -Law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
4th day of September, 1973.
