Being a by -law to a�-mend By -Lacs No. 72 -39 being
a by -law to establish and maintain a Petty Cash
Fund.
WHEREAS Subsection 4 of Section 220 of the Municipal Act (R.S.O. 1970
Chapter 284, Section 220) provides that the Council of a Municipality may be
by -law provide that the Treasurer may establish and maintain a petty cash fund
of an amount of money sufficient to make change and to pay small accounts,
subject to such terms and conditions as the by -law may provide.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
enacts as follows:-
1. THAT the following funds be set up:-
(a) Change Funds Drauer A $ 50.00
Drawer B 50.00
Arena 60.00
(b) Petty Cash Fund 40.00
$200.00
2. THAT By -Law No. 72 -39 and all other by -laws not consistant with this
by -law be hereby repealed.
Enacted and passed the 5th day of November, 1973.
