BY -LAW NUMBER 73 -64
Being a by -law to accept and dedicate the
one foot reserve at the westerly end of
Saunders Avenue as a public street.
WHEREAS the one foot reserve at the western
extremity of Saunders Avenue as shown on Plan 681 was conveyed
to the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville (hereinafter
called "the Town ") by Oshawa_-Wood Products Limited by Deed
dated April 2nd, 1968, in connection with the development
of the lands on registered plan 681.
AND WHEREAS the Town is desirous of accepting,
assuming and dedicating the said one foot reserve at the
western extremity of Saunders Avenue as shown on Plan 681
in connection with the development of a further plan of
subdivision to the west of Plan 681.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Bowmanville, ENACTS as follows:
- 1. That the one foot reserve at the western
extremity of Saunders Avenue as shown on Registwed Plan 681
be and the same is hereby accepted, assumed and dedicated
as a public street.
READ a first and second time this day of November, 1973.
READ a third time and finally passed this day offNovember, 1973.
