Being a By -law to authorize the entering
into a Subdivision Agreement with Dali
Developments Incorporated.
WHEREAS by By -law no. 72 -44 passed on the 2nd
day of October, 1972, the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
(hereinafter called "the Town ") did authorize the entering into
a Subdivision Agreement with Vankel Investments Limited covering
part of Lot 18 in Block 1 according to Hannings SubcTuision
of original Township Lot 11 in the 2nd Concession of the Town
of Bowmanville.
AND WHEREAS Vankel Investments Limited sold
its interest in the said lands to Dali Developments Incorporated
and there have been subsequent negotiations between Dali
Developments Incorporated and the Town as to certain terms
of the original Subdivision Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Bowmanville, pursuant to The Planning Act, R.S.O.
1970 Chapter 349, Section 33 (6) HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. That By -law 72 -44 passed on the 2nd day of
October, 1972 be and is hereby repealed.
2. That the Town enter into a Subdivision
Agreement dated the 3rd day of July, 1973 with Dali Developments
Incorporated which Agreement is initialled by the Mayor and the
Clerk for identification purposes of this by -law.
3. That the Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby
authorized and directed to sign the said Subdivision Agreement
dated the 3rd day of July, 1973 and impress the corporate''seal
thereon.
