By -Law No, 73 -66
A by -law to authorize the destruction of
certain -records of the Corporation
WHEREAS the documents and records hereinafter referred to are of
no further use or value to the Corporation, and it is deemed expedient to
provide for their destruction.
NOW THEREFORE the iiunicipal Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville enacts as follows:-
le THAT the receipts, vouchers, instruments, rolls or other documents,
records and papers must be kept by the Municipality for the retention periods
as set out in Schedule "All to this by- laze, which Schedule shall be and form
a part of this by -law,
20 This by -law shall be effective on the day it receives the approval
of the Auditor of the Corporation,
