WHEREAS by By -Law No. 73 -47 passed on the 7th day of August, 1973, The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, hereinafter called the Towni.� °atth.orized the sale on certain lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, to Tru -Wall Concrete Forming Limited for the establishment of industry. AND,WHEREAS it has been agreed b the Town and Tru- Wall Concrete Forming Limited to extend the time require- ment in which a building on the said lands Lyugt by _coAgtrueted from,one_year to three years. NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, in consideration of the premises and pursuant to The Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1970, Chapter 284, Section 354 (1), Paragraph 50, HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. That paragraph Three of By -Law No. 73 -47 be amended so as to extend from one year to three years from the completion of the transaction and registration of the deed,the time during which a building suitable for carrying on the business operations of Tru -Wall Concrete Forming Limited must be completed so that the first part of the said paragraph three shall read as follows: 3. That the conveyance to T3-,7a -Wall Concrete Forming Limited shall contain a restrictive covenant to the effect that it shall construct a building suitable to the carrying on of its business operation on the said lands within three years from the completion of the trans- action and registration of the deed;" 2. In all other respects, the said By -Law No. 73 -47 is hereby ratified and confirmed. READ a first and second time this 28th day of December, 1973. H.
