A by -law to establish a Parke
WHERELS the Bowmanville Rotary Cluj has by deed dated December 3rd,
1973, and registered December 3rd, 1973, as Instrument No. 63724, donated
and granted to The Corporation of the Tovm of Bowmanville the land as
described in Appendex "AS' of this by -lavr for the purpose of a park to be
used for the recreational activities and the - eneral benefit of the community;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Tovm of Bowmanville
is desireous of formally establishing such parr.;
14OW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Tovm of
Bowmanville pursuant to The Municipal Zxt R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 352,
Paragraph 69, HEREBY MTACTS as follows:-
1. That the Corporation oy the Town of Bov7ranville establish, maintain, operate
and manage the said lands and premises as described in Schedule "All in the
Town of Bowmanville as a park to b- uooc: for the recreational activities
and the general benefit of the cor_ =ani ty.
Read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 280th day of
December, A.D. 1973.

Description of Land
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being; in the Town of Bowmanville,
County of Durham, Province of Ontario and being composed of
Part of Lot 9 and Part of the o-ricinal Road Allowance between
Lots 8 and 9, all in the first concession of the Township of
Darlington, now within the limits of the said Town of Bowmanville,
more particularly designated as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on
Plan 1 OR 263, deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Durham Heston November 13, 19730
