A by -law to authorize the entering into a
Subdividers Agreement with
WHEREAS the Bowmanville Planning Board and Council has approved
the setting out and construction of a subdivision on lands fronting

AND WHEREAS it is a condition of such approval that the Subdivider
enter into a Subdividers Agreementy
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf
of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, and seal with the
Corporate Seal an agreement between
