BY-LAW NO.
Being a By -law of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville to authorize its Solicitors,
Messrs. McCarthy & McCarthy, to execute Minutes
of Settlement with respect to an action
between the Corporation and The Consumers'
Gas Company.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
BOWMANVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
0
1. That Messrs. McCarthy & McCarthy are hereby authorized
and instructed on behalf of the Corporation to enter into,
execute and deliver Minutes of Settlement dated at
the 10 day of , 1972 which is set forth as a Schedule
to this By -law settling an action commenced in the Supreme
Court of Ontario by The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
as plaintiff against The Consumers' Gas Company as defendant.
