Administrator to sign Minutes of Settlement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville and Consumers' Gas Company.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
BOWMANVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1• That His Worship, Mayor Ivan M. Hobbs and
Joseph M. McIlroy, Clerk - Administrator, be and they are
hereby authorized and instructed to sign the Minutes of

Settlement between the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville and Consumers' Gas Company, a copy of which
is attached hereto and marked Schedule "A", and forms a part
of this By -law.
BY -LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME-AND FINALLY PASSED
