TOWN OF BOWMANVILLE
By -Law No. 72 -53
A by -law to authorize the entering into a Subdividers
Agreement with Bowtown Construction Limited.
WHEREAS the Bowmanville Planning Board and Council has approved the
setting out and construction of a subdivision on lands east of Church
Street and north of King Street East.
AND WHEREAS it is a condition of such approval that the Subdivider
enter into a Subdividers Agreement;
AND WHEREAS Council by Resolution #C- 770 -72 passed by Council on
November 10th, 1972, has approved of the signing of a Sub - division Agreement
with Bowtown Construction Limited
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, and seal with the Corporate
Seal an Agreement between Bowtown Construction Limited and the said
Corporation dated 31st day of October , 1972.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of December,
1972.
