By -Law No. 72 -19
To amend By -Law No. 71 -42 which amends By -Law
No. 1587 as amended.
That Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville enacts
as follows:
That By -Law No. 71 -42 which amends By -Law No. 1587 be amended by
adding to Section 8 the following words: 'land substituting therefor
Schedule "A" of the by -law comprising Index Map and Maps 1 to 6
inclusive, collectively cited as Zoning Maps." So that Section 8 will
read as follows:
8. By -Law No. 1587 as amended is further amended by deleting therefrom
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "F" and substituting therefor Schedule "A"
of this by -law comprising Index Map and Maps I to 6 inclusive,
collectively cited as Zoning Maps.
By -Law Read a First, Second and Third Time and Finally Passed this First
Day of May, 1972.
