By -Law No. 72 -21
Being a by -law to authorize the entering into
an Agreement with Robert Irving Gill, The
Senior.
WHEREAS Robert Irving Gill, The Senior has purchased from the Corporation
of the Town of Bowmanville, certain lands and premises more particularly
described in Schedule "At' of the Agreement attached hereto, for the p4arpose of
establishing and carrying on the business of a marina; 4,
AND WHEREAS it was a condition of The Department of Municipal Affairs in
approving Amendment No. 4 to the Official Plan of the Town of Bowmanville, to
permit the necessary re- zoning of the property to instal holding tanks and
arrange for the disposal of all sewage through the sewage treatment plant of
the Town of Bowmanville;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville,
pursuant to The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 352, Paragraph
4, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville enter into an Agreement with
Robert Irving Gill for the interception, disposal and purification of
sewage in accordance with the terms set out in the Memorandum of Agreement
attached hereto and marked Schedule "A ".
2. That all charges and costs of the Town of Bowmanville, payable under the
Agreement be collectable by the Town of Bowmanville in like manner as
municipal taxes in the event of default of payment under the Agreement.
3. That the Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign and
execute the said Agreement and impress the Corporate Seal on behalf of the
Town.

BY -LAW NO. 71 -21
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, in
accordance with the provisions of The Planning Act, hereby enacts as follows:
1. Amendment No. 4 to the Official Plan of the Bowmanville
Planning Area consisting of the attached map and
explanatory tent is :hereby adopted.
2. That the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
make application to the Minister of Municipal Affairs
for approval of the aforesaid Amendment No. 4 to the
Official Plan of the Bowmanville Planning Area.
3. This by -laer shall come into force and take effect on
the day of the final passing thereof.
ENACTED AND PASSED this 12th day of July, 1971.
