By -Law No. 72 -30
A by -law to appoint an Inspector to enforce
the Trench Excavator's Protection Act in
the Town of Bowmanville.
WHEREAS by the provisions of The Trench Excavators' Protection Act
R.S.O. 19701 C. 4691, S. 4(1), the Council of every municipality shall, by
by -law appoint one or more inspectors to enforce this Act in the municipality:
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
enacts as follows:
(1) That Mr. R. K. Cleverdon, P.Eng., Director, Construction Safety
Branch, Ministry of Labour of Ontario, and those persons who are
inspectors of the Ministry of Labour under The Public Service.Act
are hereby appointed to enforce The Trench Excavators' Protection
Act and regulations thereunder, the said appointments to be effective
on the 10th day of July, 1972.
(2) That all previous appointments are hereby cancelled.
READ A First, Second and Third Time and Passed this 4th Day of July, 1972.
