WHEREAS upon the vacancy created by the resignation of Joseph
F. Descent, Treasurer and Tax Collector;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to appoint future responsibilities
and duties of the above post;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Tovm of
Bovnnanville, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 218 and 225 of The
Municipal Act, R.S,O., 1960, Chapter 249, hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1) That Bruce W. Collins be and is appointed as Treasurer
for the Town of Boxmanville
2) That the said Bruce W. Collins be and is appointed Tar.
Collector for the Town of Bovmâ–ºanville
3) That the said Bruce W. Collins shall be paid such sums
annually for his services as the Council, from time to
time, shall determine
4) That any by -law which is not consistent with this by -law
be and is hereby repealed
5) That this by -law shall become effective on July 26th,
1971.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of
August, 1971.
