To authorize the execution of a-zi Agreement for
carrying out studies relating to the physical
condition of the municipality
The Council of the Corporation of the Toxin of Bo�,:nar-1
ville
hereby enacts as follows:

Province of Ontario as rem-recented by the 1,1inister of Transportation
and Communications and the Corporation of the Tom of Bowmanville be
and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement and to af f- ix
the Corporate Sea! thereto.
20 THAT the Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to pay out o-f the general funds of the municipality all
invoices received purGuiant to the said Agreement.
3, THIS by-law shall become effective upon the receipt of
the approval of the 1-Ii-nister of 1,1kanici-,,al Affairs to the
municipality entering into the Agreement re-217erred to in Clause 1
hereof.
