BY -LAW NO. 71 -37
A by -law to declare certain tax registration
lands to be required by the Town of Bowmanville
for its own purposes
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville is the
registered owner of certain lands by reason of the tax arrears registration
procedure; 11�
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to declare these lands to be
used for municipal purposes;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That lands composed of lots 45 and 46, Town of Bowmanville,
as described in Instrument No. N16144 registered the
fourteenth day of March, 1962, be and are hereby declared
to be required for the purposes of the Corporation.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of
October, 1971.
