BY-LATH NO. 71-38
The Council o" the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville in accordance
,.rich the provisions of The Planning Act hereby enacts as follows:
1, The Official Plan for the Bo-monvillc Planning Area (approved by
the Minister of the Department of Planning and Development on
February 22, 1957 and subsequently amendeei, having been
recommended for repeal by the Bovmanville Planning Board, is
hereby repealed,
2. The attached maps and explanatory text constituting the Official
Plan for the Bowmanville Planning Area ti-rhich has been recommended
by the Bowmanville Planning Board, is hereby adopted.
3. The Cleric is hereby authorized and directed to make application
to the Minister of I4Lunicipal Affairs for the approval of this
repeal and the approval of the new Official Plan for the
Bownanville Planning Area.

approved by the Minister of Municipal Af-fairs.
