BY -LAW NO. 71 -40
To &mend By -Law No. 71 -31, being a by -law to
authorize the construction of certain works
under the Local Improvement Act
WHEREAS Council has declares it desirable to construct certain works
as Local Improvements, and
WN -REAS the Schedule 41All of By -Law. Do. 71 -31 is deemed not to contain
a sufficient description of the proposed work
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bovmanville HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Schedule "A" of By -Law No. 71 -31 be rescinded and the
attached Schedule "At' be substituted,
2. That paragraph 2 of By -La7 IToo 71 -31 be amended by deleting the
words 'rand 'Bt" in said By -Lac: No. 71-31e
