14HEREAS the Council of the Municipal Corporation of
Bo-wmanville deers it expecient and necesoary in the interests
development of the Tors: of Botm:ianville anJ for providing for

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Torn
of Boirriiarville pursuant to the lltunicipal Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 23 :, ;Section
352, Paragraph 16, I -EREBY ENTACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Town of Borrmanville shall construct a storm sewer on Prospect
Street between Second Street an.J O'Dell Street at an estimated cost
of $42,000.00.
20 The said wor7: shall be constructed under the supervision and
direction of the Torn Engineer,
3. The Mayor and Clerk t;e and are hereby authorized to cause a
contract for the construction of the said work to be made and
entered into rrith so.e person or persons, firrp or corporation,
subject to the approval o`f - "the Council to be declared by
resolution; anJ tha- the Mayo_- and Cleric be and are hereby
further authorized to do all acts and sign all documents an&
affix the Corro_ are Seal of the To. thereto as may be necessary
in connection: tfith` the - niching of contracts and other matters
for the completion of the said undertai:ing or wor:co
T ?e cost of the said wor, shall be raised by the issue and sale
of debentures payable in instalments within twenty years.
5, The Treasurer of the Municipality is rewcby authorized to make
arrangements anc: sign any necessary docur�-ents to arrange
temporary advances of `-money to meet the cost of the .cork
pending the completion of the wor:t and the sale of the
debentures.
6o This by -lm, shall not take effect until it receives the approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board under - Section 64(1) or The
Ontario 11unicipal Board, Act.
