WHEREAS CLAUSE lunA OF SUBSECTION 1 OF SECTION 1 OF THE HIGHWAY
TRAFFIC ACT (R.S.Oa 1960, CHAPTER 172) PROVIDES THAT:
"PEDESTRIAN CROSSOVER" MEANS ANY PORTION OF A ROADWAY
DESIGNATED BY BY —LTI OF A NUNICIP_ALITY, AT AN INTER -
SECTION OR ELSE! -RE DISTINCTLY INDICATED FOR
PEDESTRIAN CROSSING BY SIG21S ON TITS HIGHWAY AND BY
LIi ?ES OR OTHER MARKINGS ON THE SURFACE OF THE ROADWAY
AS PRESCRIBED BY THE REGULATIUNS;
AND WHEREAS IT IS DEEMED EXPEDIENT TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF ROADWAYS AS PEDESTRIA�,T CROSSOVERS;
NOW THEREFORE 1!E COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BOiJTfiANVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
