BY-Lk'jV NO. 67-3
Being a By-law to establish a Community
Centre at Lord Elgin Park and at
Memorial Park.
WHEREAS provision is made for the establishment of
a Community Centre in Ontario under the Community Centre Act,
1961;
AND 'WHEREAS it is desired to establish a Community
Centre at Lord Elgin Park and a Community Centre at Memorial
Park, both in the Town of Bownianville;
NO91 THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Community Centres, defined as Athletic Fields, be
established at Lord Elgin Park and Memorial Park under
the Community Centres Act 1961, and the Regulations made
thereunder.
2. The said Community Centres be administered by the following
Joint Board, duly appointed for the ensuing year:

Centres by the said Joint Board in conformity with the Act
and Regulations made thereunder.
