BY-LAW
A By -Law to allow encroachment of"The Castle"
hotel on Division Street.
WFIEREAS the Owners of "The Castle`'hotel, formerly
AND WHEREAS the said exit encroaches on Division
Streets
AND WHEREAS Thomas Maryglad and Theodosia
Maryglad, the owners of`The Castle" hotel have requested the Town of
Bowmanville to pass this by -law authorizing the said encroachment.
2. That the owners of the said hotel property pay to the Town of
Bowmanville an annual fee of $ /-dw in advance for the right to
maintain and use the said encroachment.
By -Law given its first,second and third readings
and finally passed this day of June, 1967.
