Being a by-law for the imposition
of a special charge respecting the
sewer system.

charge upon-the owners of the above-mentioned buildings, subject
to the exceptions hereinafter set forth, to pay for part of the
cost of providing the additional capacity;
AND WHEREAS the Council is by Section 379(e) of The
Municipal Act, with the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board,
authorized to enact as hereinafter set forth;
accessory
• a dwelling unit or dwelling units only;

(i) a dwelling unit or dwelling units or
(ii) a dwelling unit or dwelling units and space accessory
to such use only®
All charges imposed under this by-law shall be calculated
Every building or any land in respect of which a contri-
bution to provide sanitary or storm sewers or water supply
facilities has been made within the ten years previoiz to

the application for the building permit, to the extent
of the contribution so made.
(4) Every residential building having not more than two
dwelling units.
(5) Every building, other than a residential building, with
an inside floor area of not more than 3,000 square feet.
