Being a By-Law to authorize the sale of lands
to The Ontario Housing Corporation.
WHEREAS the Corporation of - Town of Bowmanville holds certain
Lands; lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto
as Park
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of • of :• ,is - no-longe
requires the said lands for public purposes and is desirous of
selling them to the Ontario Housing Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bowman-
HEREBY a +,
1. That The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville shall sell to
the Ontario Housing _ Corporation lands - at the east end of
Lielson Street, being part of Block I'M" and part of original Town-
ship lot 10 in the First Concession, more particularly described
in Schedule "A" hereto., for a purchase price of $7..000.00.1"-,
