A by-law to repeal By-Law No. 1333 and
amending By-Law No. 67-27 authorizing
the allowance of a discount on the
prepayment of taxes.
OHMEAS Council deems it in the best interest and
convezience of tie tax Payer to establish a system of
interim tax billing;
AND -INMEREAS the allowing of a discount on the earl-,,-
PrePaTment Of taxes would be an unnecessary and uneconom-
ical practice to continue;
TOW THEREFORE the Council Of the Corporation of the
Town Of TOwmanville Sereby ENACTS AS FO!!OvE:
1. That By-law No. 1983 pasv& On tie 19th day of
Cry ltenher, 106 be and is hereby repealed.
2. That By -Law No. 67-27 VeV7 a by-law to ameni By-LaW
To. 103 be any- is hereby repealed.
