BY-LAW
NOW TR _ BORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
RUBY ENACTS, as follows:
1. That the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville purchase back
from Burley Bus Lines Limited three acres of land being part of
Block 13 according to the Smart Estate Plan having 250 foot frontage
on the Base Line by 522.72 feet running southerly along the east
side of Smart Avenue at a price of $4500.00.
2. That the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville do sell and
convey to Burley Bus Lines Limited for the establishment of
industry 3.536 acres more or less being part of original Township
lot number 10 in the Broken Front Concessinn at a price of 13,536.00.
3. That the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute
a conveyance of the said lands being conveyed to Burley Bus Lines
Limited and any other documents required to complete the matters
authorized by this by -law and affix the Corporate Seal of the
Town thereto.
