A by-law to authorize the entering into a
Sub-dividers Agreement with F.T. Developments
Limited.
WHEREAS the BoT-imanville Planning Board and Council has
approved the setting out and construction of a subdivision on lands
fronting on High Street;
POW THMEFCRIE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, and seal
with the Corporate Seal an agreement between F.T. Developments
Limited and the said Corporation dated thews clay of October,
1968.
READ a first, second and third time and finally Passed this 521
day of October, 1963.
