The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
enacts that -
COMIENCING at a point in the Easterly limit of said Lot 61, distant Northerly
thereon sixty-six and ninety-two one hundredths feet (66.92t) from the
South-Easterly angle thereof,
THENCE Southerly along the said Easterly limit sixty-six and ninety-tw*
one-hundredths feet (66.921) to the South-Easterly angle of said Lot 6,

THENCE Westerly along the Southerly limit of said Lot • one hundred and
thirty-five and fifty-four one-hundredths feet (135.541) to a point,
THENCE Northerly in a straight line a distance of sixty-six and forty-six
one-hundredths feet (66.46t) to a point in the limit between the North and
South halves of said Lot 6 and distant in a straight line one hundred and
thirty-five and seventy-nine one-hundredths feet (135.79t) from the point of
commencement,
