A�D WHEREAS by Resolution #C-472 passed December 18,
1967, Council a-1--proved the transfer of the management and

NG I THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLLO' T

1. The Section 1 of By-law No. 1761 entitled "Constitution
of Cemetery Board" be repealed.
2. That Section 2 of By-law No. 1761 entitled 111;Ianas-ement
Transferred to Cemetery Board" be repealed.
3. That Section 3 of By-law No. 1761 entitled ?II%Ieet'I_ngs of
The Board" be repealed.
4. That in-Section of the said By—law I-Jo. 1761 and in any
remaining; sect-lions or schedules attached thereto, where-
ever the word "Board" appears or-is used, it shall be
d_.med to mean the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Bo-,,tirmanville.
