NOIN THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLLUVIS:
1. That the Playor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
on 'behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville)
and seal with the Corporate Seal an agreement between
Oshawa Wood Products Limited and the said Corporation
dated the 5th day of February) 1968.
READ a first; second and third time and finally passed this
day of February) 1968.
