A BY -LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 67-30 BEING A BY-LAW
TO AUTHORIZE AN APPLICATION TO THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL
BOARD TO PROVIDE FOR THE ANNEXATION OF PART OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF DARLINGTON TO THE TOWN OF BOWMANVILLE.
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
BOWMANVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-
1. THAT Schedule "A" of By-law Number 67-30 be and
the same is hereby deleted and Schedule "A" annexed hereto
is substituted in lieu thereof.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY -LAW NUMBER
ALL AND SINGULAR that portion of the Township of
Darlington, in the County of Durham, being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point in the westerly limit of
Martin Road, which road is the road allowance between
Lots 14 and 15, Broken Front Concession, where such
road allowance is intersected by the southerly limit
of Base Line Road;
THENCE southerly along the westerly limit of the
said road allowance between Lots 14 and 15 crossing
Highway Number 401 to a point where the said westerly
limit of the concession road is intersected by the
northerly limit of the Canadian National Railway right -
of -way;
THENCE easterly along the northerly limit of the
Canadian National Railway right -of -way to a point where
the said northerly limit intersects the westerly limit
of the existing Town of Bowmanville being also the
westerly limit of Lot 11, Broken Front Concession;
THENCE northerly along the westerly limit of the
said Lot 11 to a point where the said limit intersects
the southerly limit of Base Line Road;
THENCE westerly along the southerly limit of Base
Line Road and being the existing southerly limit of the
Town of Bowmanville to the point of commencement.
